Trey Evans, a Santa Barbara native, founded Evans Realty and Investments, bringing over 20 years of experience to the real estate world. He got his real estate license at 19 while still in college and quickly built a strong reputation in Santa Barbara’s competitive market. Over the years, Trey expanded his focus to include development, investment, and project management, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry.

Trey has helped clients navigate a wide range of real estate opportunities, from luxury oceanfront homes to complex investment projects. His hands-on approach and deep local knowledge ensure that every client receives personalized service and solutions, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.

Trey lives in Montecito with his wife, Kendle, their two children, Carter and Andie, and their black lab, Ryder. When he’s not working, you’ll find him golfing, spending time at the beach, or riding horses with his family as part of their reining cow horse breeding operation.

Trey and Kendle are deeply committed to giving back to their community. They contribute both their time and resources to numerous local causes and non-profits. Trey is particularly passionate about Hearts Therapeutic Riding, where he has served on the board for the past seven years. Together, they also actively support local schools and various charitable organizations.
